| Return Policy |
Because our wedding flowers are made to order, we do not accept returns. If you are not happy with your flowers you must notify us within 5 days of receipt by phone or email for authorization to return them to be rearranged. If changes are necessary they will be made within the limitations of the cost of the original materials. If you want other additions, you will be charged accordingly. A Silk For All Seasons will not reimburse you for shipping costs for rearranging, however, we will pay shipping charges to send the flowers back to you. All deposits are non refundable as we special order flowers for each wedding. If you should need to cancel, we will credit your deposit for a future purchase. A Silk For All Seasons takes great pride in its products and makes every effort to ensure your satisfaction and delight with our products. Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life. We pledge to do our part to make it so! |
