Do You Accept Credit Cards or PayPal?
Yes, we now accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts through the PayPal invoicing system. With PayPal invoicing  you
are not required to have a PayPal account.  Through this system you can choose from several payment methods to purchase your silk
wedding flowers.  

How much time do you require for orders?
We prefer to receive your order 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding date. However, we realize that is not always possible. For orders
placed with a one month or less deadline we may charge 20% more for the entire order to cover the cost of rush deliveries from our
suppliers. Although we will do our best, we can not guarantee that you will be able to get the exact flower stems you request on such
short notice, as we order flowers specific to your wedding requirements.

Do you customize bouquets?
Yes, all of our bouquets are customized to your specific needs. You choose the type of bouquet holder, straight, angled, or none at all
for hand tied bouquets; ribbon or tulle wraps, bows and/or streamers and the color; flower color, size of the bouquet, and any other
trims and decorations.

Does it cost extra to customize my flowers?
All of our bouquets come with your choice of tulle or ribbon included. You may change the color of the ribbon and roses at no
additional charge.  If you wish to change the type and size of the flower it may result in a price change either up or down.   Specialty
flowers listed on our flowers pages typically cost more.

Can I design my own bouquet?
Yes, if you have an idea for a bouquet which is not  in our gallery, we would be happy to discuss it with you and arrange it to your
taste.

How do I place an order?
You may send us an email at weddingflowers.silk@yahoo.com with all of the information requested on our orders page or you may
call us at 571-292-1874 Monday - Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST.  Saturday from 9:00AM - 2PM EST. If these hours aren't
good for you, drop us an email with a time that is good for you and we'll set up a consultation at that time.

Do you require a deposit?
On orders of $100.00 or more a deposit of 40% is required at the time you place your order. For orders less than $100.00 the full
amount is due before we can begin working on your flowers. You may pay with personal check, money order, or cashier's check.  
Before we ship your flowers, the balance due must be submitted. Personal checks will be submitted to the bank and your order will
be shipped once the check has cleared. Please do not send cash in th
e mail.

Must I choose from only the arrangements shown?  
No, you do not have to choose from the samples shown. The pictures on this site are starting points from which you may get ideas
and inspiration.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.

What happens if I change my wedding date?
If you change your date you must notify us by email or phone right away. If you change it to a date too soon for us to complete your
order as placed, we may have to substitute readily available flowers and trims. In such a case we will work with you to complete your
order as satisfactorily as possible.  

When will I receive my flowers?
When you place your order, we will ask you for a "ship by" date. From the time you place your order it can take anywhere from 2 -
8 weeks. During peak wedding season (April through September) it could take a little longer. We will notify you if your flowers are
finished before your "ship by" date and you may request them shipped at that time instead.

Can I see my flowers before you ship them?
Yes, once we have completed your flowers, we will send you pictures via email so that you may look at them first. You will have the
opportunity at that point to make any necessary changes. Keep in mind, some changes may not be within the parameters of the price
you were quoted. In that case you will be told if there is any additional cost involved.
